What graphics card is good for a 300w

I have a Compaq Presario CQ3250AN Desktop PC,
And i was wondering what graphics card could i get that will run Most games (example Dead Rising 2, Call Of Duty Black Ops and Fallout New Vegas)in High settings at 1600x900(i have a Compaq Screen that came with my pc).

That is the specifications, if someone can help me it would be very much appreciated.
If you can tell me what i can upgrade my Power supply to that would help VERY VERY Much, Cheers.

They point at exactly $250 together, but you really don't need a 650W PSU. You could get the Corsair 550W instead and save some money, but if you plan on upgrading to newer cards that require more wattage, or if you plan on doing some SLI(Two cards) then the 650 is a good future insurance..

EDIT- You don't have to get Corsair, but if you get it you're sure to get quality hardware.

You'd be better off saving that money toward a new computer. You won't find a suitable video card compatible with that power supply, and a PSU upgrade would probably not fit in that machine. I doubt a mid to high end video card would fit either.
