What graphics card should i buy and when?

These are my specs from speccy: Operativesystem

My power supply is at 500W so i have figured out that the 560 Ti probably would be the best choice for my rig and i just want a mid-high range card but are the prices going to change soon or will the prices stay for 6-12 months? I mean it has just been christmas so I think the prices will stay for a while, right? (Correct me if I'm wrong) I have also heard some people complaining about the card in Battlefield 3 becuase it has caused some computers to suddenly reboot :S Has anyone else with this card had that problem? Answers are appreciated and feel free to give suggestions for other graphic cards :D

I'm pretty sure the prices will go down when the new Radeon 7970 comes out on January.
 
what is the exact model of the power supply, brand and all? and a 560 ti on any 500w is probably maxing it out, not the best idea, but it should work as long as it's a good power supply
