What graphics card should I get?

I'm going to build a new system, but I was wondering what graphics card I should get. My CPU will be the Q6600. And I will just get a cheap mobo. and stick in 2gb of ram.
What would be a good graphics card for this system? I'm looking to play games like call of duty 4.
 
i have a 7900 gs and it plays fine with COD4

its like 150 dollars.. its superclocked

Id recommend a 1950 radeon over the nvidia tho... for dx 9 but for dx 10... id probally go with the 8800... just make sure your power supply will support it.... my motherboard is a cheapo... u just need to flash the bios before u can use core 2 duo.. but i love it
