What happened here?

I did some googling and it seems like it is caused by Gigabyte's Easytune software.
.. one option is to download the software (to make your fine tunning adjustments / fan speed/clock speed/etc) and then once your system is all set up, and you don't need to use the Easytune ... uninstall it.

Yeah easytune. Right after I installed it I started getting these errors every once in awhile. Goddamn annoying but not much else.
