What happens if i try to change the graphic card or sound card driver location from C to D or vice-versa? Is it just "copy paste" like every other thing?

If you installed the driver to C: it'll expect to find the driver there. Moving it to D: will result in not found. If you want it in D:, install it to D:

Do you mean the driver files you used when installing the hardware? If so they are no longer required. Once drivers are installed into windows a copy is made in the windows system32 or syswow64 driverstore folders.

You cannot move anything from the driverstore folder as it is a system folder and will not look anywhere else for these files.
