What happens?

I know it sounds stupid but how much time will a MoBo take to fry if you overclock it to like 7 GhZ :D .
Also, how come if you have a computer that fries, apparently the silicon smoke makes mist on your screen (wheres the water???).
Is it if you use water cooling or something???
Sorry for the wierd noob questions,

There is no way you can overclock your cpu to 7ghz, the record is 5.5 Ghz and that was on liquid nitrogen cooling, most motherboards wont support the fsb to go that high, and if somehow you did, it wouldnt boot up.

Cooling isn't much of a problem, some guys working for a computer magazine here in Finland used liquid nitrogen which has the temperature of about -196C and the CPU was overclocked to 5.127GHz. The CPU temperature was -168C.

i'm sorry then, but i saw a movie where a guy overclocks a CPU with liquid nitrogen and i thought i saw it got to 7ghz, so i was pretty damn amazed.
