What I need to build my rig?

I know nothing about computers, however I want to build one. After a little research, it's come to my understanding that I will have to buy the following(from scratch).

Case
Communications*
Hard Drive
Monitor
Mother Board
Optical Drive*
OS
Power Supply**
Processor*
Ram
Sound***
Speakers
Video*

I'm willing to spend around 1.5k-2k on a computer. I use my computer for the following:

GAMING- 5-10 hours a day on League of Legends-big emphasis on this
Youtube Videos
Twitch streaming(watching, but I also want to get into streaming)
Google(just looking up guides and what not, very little if any social media)
Spotify/Music
Skype(while gaming)
Record my games as well.

My question is, which of the above things needed to make a computer should I place more emphasis in(spending more money) for my needs, and which can I skimp on? Also, am I missing anything from the list?

The following is ONLY if you're bored or if you truly don't mind/want to put in the effort to answer, as I am more than capable of googling them when I get more time.

*I have no idea what they are, so if you want to briefly explain it, feel free.
**Logic would dictate this is the cable to plug into the wall/computer, however the site I was on was making it sound like it's completely not what I think it is. So if I'm wrong, feel free to correct me.
***Is this different from speakers?

Also, I think missing from that list would be fans(cooling system). However, being that there is a lot of items on the list I have no idea what they are, maybe one of them is another word for a cooling system. Inputs are welcomed :)

If you're still here, thanks for your time, be it you're able or unable to help!

What other games do you play? If you ONLY play league you could even just get away with the iGPU of a 4670K or something.

I'm assuming you mean network card? Most boards have an integrated NIC for wired Ethernet, but you can also get a wifi dongle if you prefer it to be wireless.

An Optical Drive is usually just a DVD-RW (burner) drive. They are usually around $17-20.

It's a box that converts AC to DC, they most commonly look like this:

Probably, you need a sound card type of device to get audio out of your PC. Most motherboards also come with an integrated audio chipset which is suitable for most things.

For gaming, you really want a good CPU and GPU. Your budget is more than enough for what you want to do. More RAM may be needed for you, as I assume you have many tabs open at the same time, as well as LoL running as well.

LoL isn't a very graphic intensive game, runs maxed out on my 400$ computer.

For your use, I don't think you need to spend $1.5k - 2k.

However, if you decided to spend that sort of money, here is my list for the tower
