I use on my pc:

AVG ineternet Security
Malwarebytes Pro

it has kept me safe for a few years now :) worth every penny.
What is your opinion? Also this pair work well together :P

Not sure about AVG, I used their free products up to version 9.0 but after that I went to Kaspersky and Avast Free. I'm not AVG's biggest fan, I don't find it works terribly well. I recommend using Avast Free if you want a good free anti-virus product. As for Malwarebytes Pro, why did you get Pro when the free version works well enough? I'm using Trend Micro's Worry Free Business Security at the moment it works great but I used Avast Free in the past and that's good too.

Idk i felt they needed to profit in order to carry on? If everyone got the free one they would have no money to make better products? Oh btw please could you tell me how to put a signature on my account looked for ages.... thanx

I think a very small proportion of users actually buy the full products, most users download the free products. It's really only the business users who are going to be using the full paid-for products.

User CP -> Edit Signature, then write in a signature and click Save.

You find the User CP button just above the post reply button at the top of a thread.

Actually, if you already have Malwarebytes paid version, I would get rid of AVG. You have 2 active scanners running at the same time. And I would trust Malwarebytes over AVG anyday.

Thanks vistakid, I dont know what type of ram i have nor do i know what PSU i have? Help?

Why are you asking here in this thread? Usually you can just take the side off your PC and you can see what PSU you have, download CPU-Z to see what RAM you have.

Back on topic, I am currently configuring a HP PC and just removing Norton Internet Security 2012, it's taking forever. Horrible software that, so I wouldn't recommend to anybody.
