The CPU comes with thermal paste pre-applied.
The case USB 3.0 front panel header does not need an adapter, it just plugs straight into the motherboard. There is a USB 3.0 header, you can see it in this picture:
next to the memory slots (in the picture it is just below and is labeled on the board as USB 3.0)

Just like Aastii mentioned, you will not need an adapter for the USB 3.0. You have the correct header already on the motherboard.
You CPU/ CPU Cooler will not have paste pre applied to it but the 212 EVO comes with some paste that you will need to apply yourself. It will be more than enough for mounting the cooler.
