I loved my 23'' LED AOC monitors. I ran 3 of them in eyefinity.

Right now I'm looking for a 19" LED w/ HDMI or DVI

I personally wouldn't get anything smaller than 22". LED is also the way to go.

Comparing a 19" ASUS and a 22" ViewSonic (both with DVI) on Newegg, the price difference is $40, so if you can swing it, I'd get a 22" ViewSonic.
