What is a good free web hosting site?

I had been using 000webhost.com, but it started giving me problems saying that I had tried to log in from another country or something like that.

Has anyone used and can verify the quality of another good free web hosting site?
 
But do they have hosting? I see that they sell domains and have a website builder, but I already have the files, I am just looking for a free hosting server.

I do not currently have the ability to run Apache or something similar from my computer due to my current living conditions.
 
hostinger.co.uk is the best free hosting I've found. I believe it's somehow affiliated 000webhost also. I switched to it from 000 for my small projects and it works great, clean dashboard, and a decent amount of space and bandwith. However if you're planning on running a bigger project I recommend just coughing up the 40 bucks for a year of decent paid hosting.
