What is a goof Internet text book to buy?

Hello guys
I just got a job with a company that provides telephone, telvision, and internet service. I am planning to apply for the internet helpdesk next year but in order for me to do so they say that I need medium knowledge in the internet. I could take some school but that takes too long. I know the basics about internet nothing major. Is there any helpful text books that you guys recomend? Author would be helpful also. Thanks guys

Yup, every "For dummies" book is awesome. Or just search you local public library.

Ok I will look for this book, Do you know if it helps you trouble shoot? Need to learn about TCP/IP and stuff like that. Also is there any books on Outlook express? Thanks
