what is a parked domain and an addon domain?

Thanks, add-on acts like another domain, in a directorys of the origirnal host. Parked has no hosting accoscaited with it, and act's as URL forwarding. and subdomains well I already knew what that was, thanks fr the response apj101.

I was getting a new domain and wanted to make sure i was doing it right if i used it as a add-on domain.
