what is blocking port 80 in windows xp?

I have it opened on my mcafee firewall, and on the windows firewall even though it is turned off, what else could be blocking it?

Could you provide us with a little more info, are you having trouble getting out on the inet or are you trying to allow access in from the inet?

I'm curious, why do you want port 80 opened?

because he will have been hosting a web server.
