What is causing this error!!

I can't figure this out. I've re-installed the drivers 2 or 3 times. I tried the latest drivers, then tried November's drivers, and I still got the same drivers. The error showed up out of no where when I turned on my computer earlier. I hadn't changed anything. I can't adjust any of my graphic settings in CCC with this error.

have you tried completely removing any and all traces of the drivers or CCC and starting from the beginning again... Sometimes a complete flush-out of what you've already get sorts things like this out
 
you can also try deleting the files from c:\windows\system32\drivers. Just look up the drivers under properties of the agp video card where it says driver details. Because once you uninstalled a device, the drivers are still stored in that directory.
