What is CMOS error?

I took my computer apart today because i was going to move the motherboard from one case to another, i thought forget it and put it back to together and i started up and showed a cmos error, i just pressed continue and that was that
it didnt happen before, i took my computer apart last week to clean and it didnt show
 
Have you tried rebooting again to see if you still get it? Anytime you move the motherboard around its possible for something to happen to it. As long as you don't get the error again, I wouldn't worry about it. Could be anywhere from the cmos battery going bad to a loose connection.
