What is Front Side Bus Bit Path of These Processors?

I am curious what the front side bus data bit path of the below processors is.

AMD Athlon 4600+

AMD Phenom 9650

Intel Core 2 Duo E8400

Do all the above processors have a 64-bit word size, or have they increased the front side bus data path size to 128-bit?

i'm fairly certain its all 64-bit ... and memory runs at 64-bit (dual channel = 128-bit total) and therefore ddr2-533 would run at the same bandwidth as 1066mhz fsb... theroretically, aside from timings etc...
