F farmerjohn1324 Member Sep 5, 2016 #1 I want to splice 8 .wmv's into one long movie. Do you know a good program for that?
R Rod Bishop Member Sep 6, 2016 #2 I use Adobe Premiere Elements, It's not professional but for home use it will create DVDs and will let you edit this our frame by frame. Once you get use to it it's very easy and will allow you to wash out parts.

It's FREE, easy to use, and will do the job pretty well! https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14220/windows-movie-maker-download
