What is Legit?

Can anyone tell me what, if anything, is legit under the lines that have "Owner" next to them?
My uncle swears up and down that there is something wrong with his laptop, and I am trying to figure it out.
Is the screen shot of his Processes.

It's really hard to read the processor names and malicious things probably won't be showing up in the task manager.

Get a picture where we can read the processes... Or just run a HJT log and it will print all that stuff, and show you more.
