What is my next step?

I have made a USB drive with windows 7 on it, from which I can boot, and I have installed my SSD in my computer and checked deivce manager to confirm that my computer recognizes its existence, but I have yet to set it up. Do I just turn my computer off and boot it using the USB, or what?
 
yeah i would say so sure go for it and see what happens the ssd is very similar to a normal hard drive well except for no moving parts
 
I did it, it seems to work, but I think I goofed by having my HDD plugged in while I installed, and I ended up with my system partition on the HDD
