What is the best OC'ing Motherboard?

What is the best Motherboard currently that Oc's well for a single VGA as well as which Mb is best Oc for Sli and Crossfire?Just weighing my options to see which build would be best performance to cost ratio?
 
Probably either a Q9550 when they come out or a Q6700 (I have read on some boards that next month the price on it is supposed to drop into the 200's ,just rumor now though I guess)Both I have read have good Oc'ing potential.If they Oc well I figure it would be better in the long run than getting a E8400.
 
i know this is really general but pretty much almost any p35, 680i, 780i, 790i, x38 or x48 board will OC well. u asked for best performance vs cost ratio and i think this GA-P35-DS3L board wins it IMO
