What is the best privilege access management platform to use

What is the best privilege access management platform to use that could give us a comprehensive visibility and control over our passwords, endpoints and servers? I also want to add more monitoring, more visibility, and more fine-grained controls so that our organization can see who the privileged administrators are and what are they doing.

We just stood up a couple Cisco ISE boxes at work. Has a lot of features for integrating into AD and you can manage TACACS policies down to individual commands. Has pretty good logging, but it's expensive AF.

I agree with your comment regarding it's cost. Economically speaking, definitely not to be a choice. But how about least privilege solutions? Any thoughts about it?
