This is my rig (it's a bit old now but hey I'm not made of money!)
Intel E6400 [email protected] (with Artic Freezer Pro7)
Sapphire X1950 GT GFX (with Accelero Twin Turbo)
ASUS P5B mobo
Sonnata II Case with standard 450w PSU
250GB Seagate HDD
I currently have 3x1GB 667mhz CAS5 Kingston Value RAM in my system. I run windows XP 32bit and play video games. I was thinking about upgrading my RAM and was wondering what the best use of RAM would be (max 3GB).
Would I notice a difference with a pair of 1 GB 800mhz Cas4 Corsair (or should I get 3gb)

If I do get 3Gb should I use 3x1GB sticks, which would mean one stick not running in dual channel mode or 2x1Gb and 2x512MB (all 800MZ Cas4)

This issue has been confusing me for a while, I would like to try to OC my CPU a bit more too (hence the lower latency faster bus ram)
What do you lot in your infinite wisdom think?
