What is the best way to transfere the OS to the SSD?

You should always do a fresh install of Windows on an ssd drive as you will get the best performance from a fresh install. There should be an option to make recovery cd's so you can install fresh on the ssd.

John,
I just get this computer, I don't know if I have any windows7 disk come with it yet, It still not open until sunday night. After I uninstall all the unnecessary software on the hard drive, it should be nothing in there. Is there any different from fresh install? I just wonder if I will get all the right drivers if do a fresh install.
Thank you.

Like I said when you boot into Windows, see if there is an option to create recovery cd's, there should be. Then use the recovery cd's to install fresh on the ssd. That's what I would do in this case.
