Umm well first off one is intel one is AMD.....second, neither of them are very good. One board is several years older than the other! The Asus board is really old, socket 939 has no good CPU options plus it only uses DDR ram not DDR2. The MSI can atleast support Core 2 CPU's and 4 gb of DDR2 ram.
Sooo...out of those 2 anyway, the MSI is way better.
