If I start a number of downloads and they do allow that, do they
usually ''spread'' the speed among other downloads (and so getting slower for more individual downloads) or do they offer a fixed number of simultaneous downloads to one IP so that speed and stability of individual downloads should not be affected (i.e. max speed of individual downloads is fixed)
is it possible for a server to allow many many downloads for one IP without affecting the downloading speed and stability?? Assume the client side has high-speed broadband connection
What is the common parallel/ simultaneous download behaviour??
Thank you.
