No just get a standard 1gb and overclock yourself. No need to spend extra money on an overclocked edition when it takes 30 seconds to do it yourself. Use MSI afterburner to overclock.
2gb won't offer you anything, unless you are gaming with more than 1920x1200 resolution, in which case no gtx460 is strong enough for.

The 2GB would be worth it for games like GTA IV that are console ports and use bloated amounts of VRAM and regular RAM.
And at least with the pre-overclocked one you can have a faster card without having to fiddle around with it and have extra items running at startup.
Alternatively you can buy a regular version and flash it to a faster card's BIOS (provided they are both reference or modified boards, one of the two, can't mix n match)
