What is the difference between these GPUs?

Okay here are three GPUs I am looking at for my first build. Other than the fact that one is out of stock (newegg only), which one is the best? They are all very close in price and seem to have roughly the same specs?

Newegg.com - SAPPHIRE 100312SR Radeon HD 6950 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card with Eyefinity

Newegg.com - SAPPHIRE 100312-2SR Radeon HD 6950 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card with Eyefinity

Newegg.com - SAPPHIRE FleX 100312FLEX Radeon HD 6950 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card with Eyefinity

These will be for my gaming build. Also, I plan on getting a second one of these cards in the future to crossfire them. Any guidance would be appreciated.

The first one is the reference design card, which I have, good card.

The second is Sapphire own design with a different cooler, which I dont really like.

The third on is the Flex card that supports 3 displays without the requirement of DisplayPort./

The only difference I see in the cards is that the one you recommended has a dual dvi link and a dvi connection instead of just 2 dvi.

Also, I believe none of the other cards had a three year parts warranty on them. The rest had two (I believe but it is hard to look that up quickly on my phone :).

Is there any major reason that you recommended that card over the others? I have been under the impression that MSI cards were not as good as Sapphire, but I could be wrong as I have only recently gotten involved in computer parts.

It is not set in stone that I want and ATI or AMD card. I am also open to sugestions from Nvidia as well.

MSI cards are fine. Sapphire has two years. MSI has three years on parts and two on labor. But now the MSI is out of stock.
