Well that is a very generic question. There are plenty of up-to-date motherboards with high bus speeds. What do you need it for? And with what processor?

And reliability of a computer really doesn't depend much on the motherboard. Most of the name brands' boards are really good (DFI, Asus, etc.) and will be quite reliable.

How do you measure reliability? But the question is overall very open-ended (kinda like "what is the best handgun" or "what dish takes the least time to cook?")
