X1900 XTX 512mb is more powerful than the 7900 GTX 512mb. More pixel processors. higher clock speed. The gtx in sli still only gets about 20 fps more than one XTX and the xtx still gets about 80 fps. (on BF2) but your eye cant really tell the difference above 80 fps so it doesnt matter.
but the quadro fx 4500 512mb is probably the most powerful workstation gfx card.
It may be the fastest CARD on the market as of now, but considering each GPU on the 7950GX2 is slower than a stock 7900GTX makes it not the fastest GPU on the market. The Asus EN7950GX2 created by Nvidia is the fastest GPU on the market.

Any half way reliable benchmark comparisons are done on the same hardware and settings. If An X1900XTX is compared to a 7950GX2 both cards will be tested with HDR turned off, for example, to make for a fair comparison. The 7950GX2 is faster, but significantly more expensive. Of course, we are now comparing cards, and not GPUs.but dx 10 cards will make it obsolete. also, cant run AA and HDR lighting at the same time. so by taking AA off, it might have better fps than the 1900 which has both aa and hdr on.
I dont think we ever compared GPU's here, lol.Any half way reliable benchmark comparisons are done on the same hardware and settings.
