What is this error message.

Hi all

Recently. Our client Email happened any problem as below.
I already asked our provider for repairing.
But they still have not know the reason why.
So please advice me.

This is error information " Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC0F) : 'The connection to the server was interrupted. If this problem continues, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP). The server responded: -ERR Connection refused"

The message says it all. Somewhere the connection is being interrupted. Your PCs, the route to your mail server, the ISP's server.

I have had similar problems sending mail, sending several times before it went. I found that my ISP has two addresses for the SMTP server. I changed addresses and it has worked fine since.

Unfortunately it's difficult if your ISP says there is no problem when you suspect them. You should check that nothing has changed at your end. Any recent deterioration in overall Internet speed?
