What is this?

I have an Acer Aspire 7551 I had opened the back to reveal the hard drive and other things.. On the right of the hard drive I see this, What goes in the plug in thing at the bottom of the picture? It must be an add on cause there hasn't been anything there but what should go there? I put a link to my image I posted on yahoo answers.. Here

I don't know what specifically you're referring to. Depending on different models of laptops some areas of the board are used and others are left blank.

Can't really tell by the size but it kinda looks like either a second hard drive bay that needs an adapter or possibly a slot for wireless or bluetooth? But really can't tell by the picture, not good enough.

It looks like mPCIe to me. Per the manual it's just "Reserved Mini-card Connector".

Yes that looks like a mini PCIE port, you could probably put a SSD in there but I'd check the manual first.

I don't know myself what it is, but its going for like $200 on Amazon, and around $120 - $150 on ebay

It's an mSATA port. You can put a little SSD on there for extra quick storage.
