What is this?

I found this, and I have no idea what it is. Evidently it is a battery thing, but the plug looks a lot like a computer interface.

I can't see the connector in the picture but there are many things that it could be for - from an RC car to a cordless phone

I know it's a crappy pic.....

It is a standard 4-pin computer connector, not the psu type, but the type that things like fans would use, with 4 holes for pins, and 2 wires, on the outer 2 holes

Really? That must be an old computer then, I have yet to see one that doesn't use a battery.....
