What kind of a PSU do I really need?

I was originally going to go with Corsair TX 650W Power Supply w/ 120mm Fan but I am trying to reduce the total cost of the set up using a different PSU.

I currently have the following setup.

1.AMD Phenom™ II X4 945 Quad-Core 3.0GHz w/ 8MB Cache (Retail Box, Socket AM3)

2.Gigabyte GA-MA790X-UD4P w/ DualDDR2 1066, 7.1 Audio, Gigabit Lan, 1394, PCI-E 2.0, CrossFireX

3.Mushkin HP3-10666 High Performance DDR3 SDRAM, 4GB Dual Pack

4.Western Digital 500GB Caviar Black 7200rpm SATA II w/ 32MB Cache
+ SEAGATE 750GB Barracuda 7200.11 SATA II

5.XFX Radeon HD 4850 1GB PCI-E w/ Dual DVI, HDTV-Out

Let me know and thanks in advance!

here's a 630w rosewill with 4 12v rails for 64.99. it seems to have pretty good reviews. just a tip though, if you want to save money somewhere, i'd do it with the case or something besides the PSU. you don't want to skimp on the PSU just to save a few bucks, they are one of the most likely parts to fail, which is why you should get a good one from a reliable brand.

Thank you!

Well if you wanted to save money I would only get the western digital HDD and leave the seagate for later but If you still won't a good power supply that won't break and is good quality I would go for one of these http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817189014 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817341016 the OCZ would be the best it has a 135mm fan on it plus it is modular which is a big plus for cable management. Also you can not use DDR3 RAM with the motherboard you picked I would get this motherboard instead http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128392 unless you plan on doing crossfire also I would look at a 4870 instead of a 4850. I have a 4850 and it's not a good gaming card and if you do get the 4850 then get the 512MB one as you won't seen any difference in performance.

rosewill has mostly positive reviews on newegg, and i've never heard of them being terribly unreliable. OCZ is definitely better quality though...
Reviews dont mean everything, especially on some of the power supplies that havent been around that long. They are made by unreliable companies such as ATNG, Solytech, Youngyear just to name a few.

That board doesn't use DDR3 RAM.

If you want to save some money, drop to a Phenom II X3 710 or 720

And use this RAM: OCZ 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR2 1066

Forgot to mention that I already have the seagate. So that shouldn't be included in the price.
Thanks for other information.

Do we not really feel the difference between 512MB and 1GB for GPU?

Lets put it this way, a 4870 512mb would be a better spend of money than a 1GB 4850.
