What kind of RAM?

I want to remove the 2GB of RAM in my Gateway MT6730 laptop but I do not know what kind of ram to put in (DDR2/3, 240 pin?) The laptop has two RAM slots, and I want to put at least 4GB in, on ONE stick so I have a slot free if I want to beef it up to 8GB or more.

Sorry, it only has a max ram of only 2gb ddr2 667mhz.

Darn it. I want to use the laptop for my Steam Games when I am away from my gaming PC at home but just playing TF2, and at it's LOWEST settings, takes 98% of my ram and nearly crashes the system.
