what kind of video card slot is hypertransport?

a friend of mine got a hp desktop and wants to upgrade his video card but it came with a nvidia 6150 le .... the specs dont say agp or pci they say hypertransport? is that slot on his board not compatibile with anything else. what the hell is that?

To clearify a bit more, HT has nothing to do with the video. However, if you have a 6150 onboard, you almost certainly have PCI-Express. Some boards have onboard but no real graphics expansion slot. If you plan on upgrading it anyway, why not just peak inside and see what you got?
