What laptop should I get?

I have used the 15" macbook pro from 2011 up till now(laptop broke down, not sure why). The thing I really liked about it was battery life and am wondering if there is a windows laptop that can compete in that regard, with similar specs.

While I don't need a laptop with the best graphics,processor...etc I would prefer one with a great screen(resolution, colors..etc) and long battery life. It should be able to handle light photo editing(I use lightroom, and IIRC my mbp had intel hd 3000 so I'm guessing I don't need a strong graphics card?).

If you want really long battery life, take a look at the Microsoft Surface Book. They last around 15 hours or so I believe on a single charge. The Macbook Air is just a bit below that around 11 or 13 hours.

These are the graphics options on their website:

Graphics
i5: Intel® HD graphics 520

i5/i7: NVIDIA GeForce GPU with 1GB GDDR5 memory

Don't really know much about graphics memory, is 1gb going to be enough to last for a few years?

You mentioned that you don't do much that requires a dedicated GPU, so the integrated graphics should be fine. The amount of video memory with lower end cards really isn't a big deal anyways.
