Hi, im looking into a new build and trying to find a mobo that suits me. Im looking for one that is, preferably ddr2+ddr3 so i could later down the road switch to ddr3. Also, if possible can be SLI or CF ready which would be more better, if not it's still ok. Last thing has to be stable at overclocking!

If there is any stable motherboards out there please let me know. I live down in the Kangaroo land so we cannot access to newegg and TG services.

Sorry but there isnt really a motherboard that supports DDR3 for the price that you have listed. You would have to with DDR2 which is still good. Asus and EVGA some some pretty good motherboards that you should check out.
 
Yea i made up my mind, it's the Asus P5Q Pro motherboard. Does CF and very stable overclocker. i should do good with this board.
