What mother Board do I have

CPUz should tell you the model. Or, if it's a prebuilt, have you searched google? Or...if you're going to poke around inside, why not go ahead and open it? Models are typically printed somewhere on the board.

Once you download that run the .exe file in the package and click on the MAINBOARD tab at the top and it will tell you everything in there
