what mother board to use?

I am looking to build a basic server for the business i work at. Nothing much, 25ish computers but only 4-5 are running quick books off the server. This is what im looking at


E6550 duo core
2X320 WD Sata2 HD's mirrored
18x dvd writer
2gbs ddr2 800hmz ram ocz
onboard sound and vid
plain middle tower case with 500W psu

what motherbaord should i use that will support an easy to do mirror dirves and the above specs. Price is a small as possible (boss is cheap)
