Which one is better

Asus P5E3 Deluxe
Asus P5E3 Premium

I ask as ASUS is not covering my RMA so i have to buy a new motherboard. They was 250 for anew Premium but which is better of the 2.
 
They said its beyond repair and said its physical damage. So their sending it back and i have to buy new one. The board still works just he PCIe slot game of stuck to the gpu.
 
Well i ended up Buying the Deluxe model. And now ASUS is sending me back the other one.

Now what could i get as in price for the P5E3 Pemium. The board was RMAd as the PCIe Slot on second gpu ripped off. First slot is there and works. Computer still ran with my OC and everything. They wanted 250 for a new one and 175 for refurb. So what would i be able to get. Just cant run Xfire on the Mobo unless you know how to repin the slot.

Just wanting to know if any one knows. The new motherboard P5E3 Deluxe comes with a Remote for AI. What is this for and does it do anything special. I cant find anything on what the perks are for it and its functions.
