what motherboard should I get?

I'm going to get the i5 6500 but don't know what motherboard to get. a motherboard that supports DDR4 2133, has 6 SATA 3 ports and a minimum of 12 USB ports which most motherboard have. I don't want to spend over $150. I just don't know much about motherboards.
What would be a good 2x4 (8 gigs of memory) to get?

Most newer motherboard will only have 6 to 8 usb ports on the motherboard itself with the ability to have additional front case usb ports and an added usb internal pci card or powered usb hub. Look at either Asus or Gigabyte. Also the Socket 1151 boards seem to have 4 Sata ports and then 2 Sata ports using the Sata express slot.

The motherboard has 6 SATA 3 ports but is somewhat light on the USB's. Also I don't understand the USB Type-C port but the USB 3.1 seems to be super. What hard drive would use the USB 3.1 port?

As far as I know there is no 3.1 devices out on the market yet. If there is, I haven't seen them. Remember though, usb is backwards compatible to 3.0 and 2.0 devices.
