what motherboard should i purchase??

hey there

i am planning to purchase and build a computer in the near future,
now i was an "AMD" guy i guess you could say and at one stage i wanted to go with them but i figure it is sensible to purchase and go with the hardware that is the best at the time which in my opinion is Intel.

my problem is being an ex amd so i don't know all that much about intel.
i know/think i want a socket 775? e8500. i know power supply i want
i just don't know which motherboard has everything i want on it

i want a motherboards that supports 1066mhz ram, (8 gig at least)
i also want it to support crossfire (2 both running at 16X each not 16x, 8x if possible)
also would like raid 0 support
price cap of a max about $300-$350.

any suggestions would be muchly appreciated

yeah thats not a bad board but it's second crossfire pcie port only runs at 4x which is not all that good.

apart from that the board is great and would get it if it wasn't for the second 4x pci port.

any other suggestions?

i wish to overclock as well

i have found a few but there not exactually what i'm lookingfor
such as one having the ram and raid and crossfire but only supporting 2 way crossfire at 8x each instead of 16x
