What One?

im trying to decide what motherboard to get, i have to in mind but open for suggestions

the one im getting now is

Asus P5K 775, CORE2EE, P35Chipset, 1333FSB, PCIEI6, AUDIO, GbLAN, ATX.

but i dont no if i should pay $100 more (AUSTRALIAN) and get

Asus P5K-Delux WIFI 775, CORE2EE, P35Chipset, 1333FSB, PCIEI6, AUDIO, GbLAN, ATX

im also open to other suggestions, but im not looking to spend over $300 (AUSTRALIAN)

if your wondering for any reason it will be supporting the stuff in my Sig

well the obvious choice between those two is whether you want wifi or not as the second one comes with it built in.

besides that lol or is the deluxe just the extra wifi?
