What Pc Would be Better?

So I'm going to buy a pc it's either going to be from ailenware or a place called memory express.

I wanted to see witch would be the best bang for the buck.
I'm using the system for hard-core gaming purposes.

#1 Build Ailenware
Overclocked Intel® Core™ i7 930 Quad Core Processor (3.36GHz, 8MB Cache)
Dual 1GB GDDR5 ATI Radeon™ HD 5870 Crossfire™ Enabled
6GB Triple Channel 1600MHz DDR3

#2 Build Memory Express
Intel® Core™ i7 860
Dual 1.2 GB Nvida 470 GTX SLI SUPERCLOCKED
2x2G 1600MHz DDR3 gaming memory
 
depends on each's price. any ideas on the rest of the specs.

as of now, i'd probably go for the second one with the 470s.
 
Both are around $2.6 Grand. I wouldn't figure anything else would be really important? Just based on these spec's what would be a better buy.
 
posting the motherboard would be nice. would suck if the sli/cfx wasn't running at dual x16.
