What Port To Plug eSATA Into?

My new computer case has an eSata on top. My motherboard has SATA3 and GSATA2 ports. Which port do I plug the eSATA into?

Also, what exactly is GSATA?

There should be what looks like a SATA cable coming off the eSATA port. You just plug that into any SATA port on the motherboard.

As far as GSATA, I believe it means it's a SATA port, but it's controlled by the chipset of the board.
