Could really use some advice 
I just recently picked up a new HP desktop and I want to fit it with a graphics card, somthing decent nothing too big or fancy. I have my eyes on this one, ATI Radeon HD 5450 512MB GDDR2 PCI-E Video Card.
My computer is the HP Pavilion AMD Athlon II 445
-triple core 3.10 ghz
-4gb ram
-1k gb hard drive space
Only problem is the graphics card I want to get recommends a minimum of 400 W for the power supply, and my power supply has a measly peak wattage of 250. Is it perfectly safe and feasible to just go with the minimum requirements and get a 400 W supply? Or should I aim for higher? What model/manufacturer should I go for?
