what processes shoulld be running?

I have an Acer Aspire laptop running Windows 7, its about 2 years old. when i start up i'm running a ton of processes and i'm wondering which ones are unnecessary. it runs about 58 processes at startup. i've not done anything special with this laptop jut gaming and school work, can someone help?

If possible copy and paste the processes to see which ones are running, it is to hard to recommend without seeing which ones are running. Are you running Windows 7 or 8? I ask because depending on which one we can tell you where to go to show us which programs are set to run upon boot.
