What processors can my motherboard support? (Serial # included!)

I need to find out what processors my motherboard supports. I am currently using a Pentium D 950 3.40 ghz and would like to move up to a Core 2 Duo or Quad processor.

My XPS 700 was shipped with a nForce4 590 SLI Intel Edition motherboard (serial number: 0YF432).

Could someone help me find what processors this board supports? Also, any suggestions on your favorite C2D or Quad processor? Thanks!:cool::eek::cool::mad::confused:
