What Ram to get ?

What ram to get for my AMD X2 4400 ??
I'm looking for 2 gig. DShould I go with dual Ram ?
I have no clue when it comes to ram, too many to choose from.
I'm looking for high end ram.

It helped me a lot, but Ram is more complicated, I'm just a little confused
